Special Tree Service runs this website. This page explains what it collects and what happens to it, in plain words.

What this site collects

If you use a form here, Kaleb receives what you typed into it: your name, your email address, your message and a phone number if you gave one. If you buy something, he receives your order and the name, email, phone and delivery address you give at checkout. That is all. This site runs no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies. What you put in your bag is kept in your own browser until you check out or take it out.

What happens to it

It is used to reply to you, to arrange a class, a piece, blanks or a visit to your tree, and for nothing else. It is never sold, rented or handed to anyone for marketing.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered by Web3Forms, which passes the message to Kaleb’s inbox. Payments are taken by Stripe: your card details go to Stripe and never to Kaleb or this site. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. None of them uses your information for its own purposes beyond running the service.

How long it is kept

Messages stay in email for as long as they might reasonably be needed. Ask for yours to be deleted and it will be.

Your choices

Write to kaleb@specialtreeservice808.com to ask what is held about you, ask for a copy or ask for it to be deleted.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
